Mission au Mexique avec l’Unicef.
Premier jour, on se rend à Mitontic chez les indigènes Tzotzil, 1 des 62 communauté indigène du Mexique, des centaines de familles s’y rendent pour se voir délivrer des certificats de naissance pour leur enfants afin de leur donner accès à l’éducation. Le droit à l’identité et à l’éducation sont les 2 plus importantes missions de l’Unicef dans ce pays où il y a encore des milliers d’enfants qui ne sont pas officialisés dans les registres.
Deuxième jour, on visite quelques écoles des environs puis je découvre la ville & le marché de San Cristobal de las casas.
J’en profite pour remercier Monica, mon contact Unicef sur place, sans qui j’aurais pas pu réaliser ces images 
… Et pour le feu de cheminée, sans lesquels je serais peut-être morte de froid à l’heure qu’il est ).
Mission in Mexico for the Unicef.
We spend the first day with the Tzotzil, 1 of the 62 indigenous community of Mexique, hundreds of family are comming there to be delivered birth certificat for their kids in order to enable their access to education. Identity right & education are the 2 most important mission of the Unicef in that country were there is still thousands of child not officially recognized.
We visit a few schools on the second day and I then discover San Cristobal de las casas and its market.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Monica, my local contact at Unicef, without her, I would not have been able to take those images … And the fire place in the evening, without which, I would probably have freezed to death ).
